About the Role
A mission-driven health technology company dedicated to improving health equity in cancer care by expanding access to precision medicine through clinical trials. Their AI-powered platform accelerates enrollment and retention in clinical trials, working closely with community oncology sites, patients, and industry partners to make research accessible, navigable, and inclusive. They are seeking a talented Product Designer to join their design team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Lead Product Designer to create cohesive brand experiences and user-centered design solutions across our suite of applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clinical trial accessibility while growing your skills in both brand and product design.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain consistent brand materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and external-facing communications
- Create visual assets for web applications, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate on user interface design for clinical trial matching platforms, internal tools, and new product initiatives
- Support product design research, including user interviews and usability testing
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and enhancements
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to overall design strategy
- Support marketing initiatives with branded content and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Product Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and brand development experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and design systems
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and basic UX methodologies
- Strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Interest in growing product design skills through mentorship and hands-on experience
- Experience in healthcare technology or clinical trials is a plus
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
