We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to equip our sales teams with the narratives, tools, and insights they need to win. In this role, you’ll shape go-to-market strategies, create compelling sales assets, and design training programs that directly impact revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Create persona-specific playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides
- Maintain and refine pitch decks tailored to industries and use cases
- Design onboarding and ongoing training, including “Pitch Labs” and demo workshops
- Lead win-loss analysis to identify gaps and guide enablement strategy
- Align content releases with product launches and marketing campaigns
- Manage the enablement asset portal for organization, accessibility, and usage tracking
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in product marketing, sales enablement, or related fields (tech/AI preferred)
- Proven success building enablement content, tools, and training programs
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer journeys, and sales team challenges
- Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, persuasive sales messaging
- Excellent collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking enablement performance and ROI
