We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to equip our sales teams with the narratives, tools, and insights they need to win. In this role, you’ll shape go-to-market strategies, create compelling sales assets, and design training programs that directly impact revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create persona-specific playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling guides
  • Maintain and refine pitch decks tailored to industries and use cases
  • Design onboarding and ongoing training, including “Pitch Labs” and demo workshops
  • Lead win-loss analysis to identify gaps and guide enablement strategy
  • Align content releases with product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Manage the enablement asset portal for organization, accessibility, and usage tracking

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in product marketing, sales enablement, or related fields (tech/AI preferred)
  • Proven success building enablement content, tools, and training programs
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer journeys, and sales team challenges
  • Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear, persuasive sales messaging
  • Excellent collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking enablement performance and ROI
